| Board Meeting
Notes
The May Board Meeting was called to order by Club President Kim Jennison at 7:02am on May 7, 2008. Glen got a chance at the 50/50 Jackpot and picked the jack of clubs. The jackpot of $69 rolls over to the next meeting. The minutes of the April Board Meeting were read and approved. The Treasurer reported the following balances in club accounts: Administrative Account: $1196.74
Elections were held for the
2008-09 administrative year. Elected were:
Committee Reports were given for Community Service, Fundraising, Service Leadership, Club Meetings, Membership, Public Relations, Youth Service, and Human & Spiritual Values. The Board approved the membership application of Brian Wazlaw. Brian was a former member and has rejoined the club. Welcome back Brian! The meeting concluded with a round of Happy Dollars. The meeting was adjourned at 8:03am Salvation Army Soup Kitchen The next date we will be volunteering at the Salvation Army Soup Kitchen in Portsmouth will be Saturday- May 24th from 4:00-6:00pm. |

NH Public TV Auction We will be working the phones at the NH Public TV Auction this Friday- May 9th. The theme for the night is "Mardi Gras". Club members working that evening should be at Channel 11 in Durham by 8:15pm. |
Memorial
Day Parade
The annual Kittery Memorial Day Parade will take place on Saturday- May 24th. The parade steps off from Walker Street at 9:00am.
