The November Board Meeting was called to order by Club President Kim Jennison at 7:05am on Wednesday- Nov. 7th.

A thank you note was passed around from the Kittery Rec Department for our participation in the Kittery Halloween Celebration.

The drawings for the month of November were held for our Year Round Raffle.

Dave Burke got a chance at the 50/50 Jackpot and picked the ace of spades to win the jackpot of $379.
 
 

The meeting concluded with a round of Happy Dollars.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:55am.

Next Wednesday- October 31st, we have a morning meeting at the Community Campus at 7:00am.

Food Drive

Don't forget that we are collecting food this month for the Caring and Sharing Food Drive which takes place on Nov. 1-5. Please bring in any items that you have been collecting to next week's meeting.

Kittery Halloween Celebration

The Club will be participating in the Kittery Halloween Celebration this Saturday- Oct. 27th at the Kittery Community Center from Noon-3:00pm. We will be doing a free game for kids. Dan. Frank, Kim, and Jess have signed up to work that day.

Salvation Army Soup Kitchen

Our next date to volunteer at the Salvation Army Soup Kitchen in Portsmouth will be this Saturday- Oct. 27th from 4:00-6:00pm. Norm, Frank, Ed (maybe), Gordon, Gerry & Barbara are signed up to work.

Dues

Don't forget that club dues need to be paid by November 1st. You should have received your dues billing. You can pay the entire $90 in one payment, or you can pay $45 by November 1st and the remaining $45 by April 1st.
