| Board Meeting
Notes
The February Board Meeting was called to order by Club President Kim Jennison at 7:05am on February 6th. President Kim passed around a thank you letter from the Salvation Army for our donation of 40 turkeys for Thanksgiving. Norm Leon had a chance at the 50/50 Jackpot and picked the eight of diamonds. The jackpot of $34 rolls over to next week's meeting. The minutes of the January Board Meeting were read and approved. The Treasurer reported the following balances in club accounts: Administrative: $1026.74
Treasurer Gerry informed the Board that he had renewed the CD for a new nine month term with Piscataqua Savings Bank and had withdrawn the interest which will be deposited into the Service Account. Committee Reports were given for: Community Service, Fundraising, Service Leadership, Club Meetings, Membership, Youth Service, and Human & Spiritual Values. Under New Business- A request from the Swift Water Council of Girl Scouts to fund a campership was tabled. The meeting was adjourned at 7:59am |
