| Club Meeting
Notes
The February 27th Club Meeting was called to order by Club Vice President Norm Leon at 7:10am. The club received information and applications for Children's Day which will be held on Sunday-May 4th and Market Square Day which will be held on Saturday- June 14th. Frank had a chance at the 50/50 Jackpot and picked the five of hearts. The jackpot of $38 rolls over to next week's meeting. Frank reported on the Salvation Army Soup Kitchen. Frank, Dan, and Ed volunteered last Saturday night. Norm gave a report about the Interclub with the Exeter Kiwanis Club last Thursday evening. Norm, Kim, Frank, Ed, and Glen attended. Norm gave an update on the Pease Greeters. The remainder of the meeting was devoted to a discussion about how to grow our club's membership over the next few months and everyone received some new Kiwanis brochures and literature to give to prospective members. The meeting concluded with some Happy Dollars. The meeting was adjourned at 7:45am. |
