We provide annual scholarships to deserving high school seniors from the Seacoast area. Students from Portsmouth, Traip Academy, Marshwood, St. Thomas Aquinas, Dover, Portsmouth Christian, Somersworth, Winnacunnet, Oyster River, Berwick Academy, and York may apply.

BICYCLE SAFETY

We conduct bicycle safety programs for children and parents emphasizing the importance of always wearing a helmet when riding a bike. Every year, we provide free bike helmets to children throughout the Seacoast area at various events including Children's Day in Portsmouth.

YOUTH SPORTS

We sponsor the Kiwanis baseball team in the Portsmouth Little League and the Kiwanis 7th/8th grade basketball team in the Portsmouth Recreation Dept. League.

BUILDERS CLUB

Builders Club is a Kiwanis sponsored service group for middle school and junior high age students. We currently sponsor a Builders Club at Saint Patrick School in Portsmouth, NH.

SALVATION ARMY SOUP KITCHEN

On the 4th Saturday of every month, we prepare and serve the evening meal at the Salvation Army Soup Kitchen in Portsmouth.

DUCK PLUCK

One of our signature fundraisers is the Duck Pluck Game. For $1, you can pick a numbered duck from a pool of rubber ducks to win prizes. Look for our yellow shirts at Market Square Day, Strawberry Festival, and Eliot Festival.

Since 1994, we have been the sponsor of the Holiday Parade in Kittery Maine. The parade is held the first Saturday in December each year. We also participate in the annual Portsmouth Holiday Parade.

CONCESSION STAND

We work a concession stand at the Whittemore Center in Durham for UNH Men's hockey games and other events. Money raised from this project is used to fund our scholarships.
